• Partner with Product teams to maintain a well‑groomed and prioritized backlog.
• Track sprint progress using tools like Jira or Trello.
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor team velocity and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, scope, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high‑performing team culture.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master in an eCommerce environment
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands‑on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana
• Excellent communication, organizational, and facilitation skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
