• Manage FBA, Seller Flex, and other marketplace fulfilment operations
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order processing and dispatch
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock availability across marketplaces
• Track sales, returns, cancellations, and other key performance metrics
• Handle customer queries, product-related complaints, and marketplace account health issues
• Raise and follow up on seller support cases to resolve operational issues
• Coordinate with advertising and catalog teams to improve product visibility and sales
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational guidelines
