Job summary

Swasthveda by Rootpure Wellness Private Limited is seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to independently manage and grow our online business across marketplaces and D2C platforms.

You will handle Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart operations, optimize listings, manage SEO, stock, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely order dispatch.

The role covers sales growth, promotions, analytics, customer experience, and reporting to drive conversion and seller health.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Management.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Experience with wellness, healthcare, FMCG, or D2C brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage online operations across marketplaces and D2C platforms.
• Create and optimize product listings, manage keywords and content.
• Monitor stock, coordinate with warehouse/logistics, and ensure on-time dispatch.
• Plan promotions, campaigns, and pricing to grow online sales.
• Prepare regular sales reports and analyze product performance.
• Handle customer reviews and maintain high seller ratings.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Specialist who can independently manage and grow our online business across marketplaces and D2C platforms

Role & responsibilities

• Handle complete operations of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, etc.
• Product listing creation, optimization, and catalog management
• Manage keywords, titles, descriptions, A+ content, and SEO
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch coordination

Sales & Growth

• Plan and execute strategies to increase online sales
• Run promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal offers
• Monitor pricing, competitor analysis, and market trends
• Improve conversion rates and customer acquisition

Preferred candidate profile

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
• Analyze product performance and customer behavior
• Suggest new product opportunities based on market demand

Customer Experience

• Handle ratings, reviews, customer queries, and feedback
• Ensure high seller ratings and account health

Required Skills & Qualifications
