ARC Ornates is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day online store operations for our jewellery business in Agra. You will handle product listings, order processing, inventory management, and coordination with sales, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with marketplaces such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Flipkart.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day online store operations, product listings, order processing, customer coordination, and marketplace activities for our jewellery business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website and online product catalogue.
• Create, upload, and update product listings, including product names, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, SKUs, and inventory.
• Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Manage product categories, collections, filters, tags, and website content.
• Monitor and process online orders from order placement to dispatch.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, production, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment.
• Track inventory and update stock availability on the website.
• Monitor cancelled, pending, returned, and exchanged orders and coordinate their resolution.
• Handle customer queries related to products, orders, delivery, returns, and payments through available online channels.
• Monitor website performance, product visibility, and customer activity.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for offers, campaigns, banners, promotions, and new product launches.
• Assist in managing products on online marketplaces, if applicable.
• Prepare regular reports related to orders, sales, inventory, product performance, and website activity.
• Identify errors in product listings and take corrective action promptly.
• Maintain proper records of product data, orders, and e-commerce activities.
• Support the company in improving online sales and customer experience.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of e-commerce operations and online selling.
• Basic understanding of product listing and catalogue management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

1-5 Years of experience in e-commerce, product listing, online operations, or a related field. Freshers with good computer and communication skills may also be considered.
