Responsibilities

• Create and set up seller accounts on different e-commerce platforms.
• Manage and maintain e-commerce seller accounts.
• Upload and post products with accurate details, images, pricing and descriptions.
• Update product listings, inventory and product information.
• Monitor incoming orders received through e-commerce platforms.
• Process and coordinate orders for timely dispatch.
• Create invoices for received orders.
• Maintain proper records of orders, products, invoices and account activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock, pricing, orders and dispatch.
• Handle basic account-related issues and marketplace queries.
• Regularly check e-commerce dashboards and ensure all activities are updated on time.
