Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior leader to head Dynamics 365 and Power Platform teams in Gurugram, driving enterprise-wide digital transformation. You will define architecture, guide end-to-end product delivery, and mentor engineers across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.

The role requires deep Azure and enterprise architecture knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of managing complex technology programs with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• Proven people leadership experience including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud services, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Expertise in solution design, software development, testing, and release management.
• Experience managing complex technology deliveries and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.
