Job summary

Ascendion Engineering is seeking a highly experienced MS Dynamics CRM Technical Lead to architect and deliver enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will lead design, development, integration and ensure delivery excellence across Power Platform and Azure-based integrations.

The role requires 10–14 years of software engineering experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, strong leadership, and proven delivery in large-scale enterprise projects. Hybrid work across India with multiple locations.

Qualifications

10–14 years of software development experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, plugins, workflows, and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Dynamics 365 integrations.
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs, and Azure Integration Services.
Proven ability to lead Dynamics 365 CRM technical delivery and solution design.
Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership, and Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentor development teams.
Drive estimations, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery execution.
Review solution designs, code quality, and technical deliverables.
Coordinate with business, QA, integration, infrastructure, and release teams.
Manage technical risks, dependencies, deployments, and production readiness.
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership skills and extensive hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure integrations.
