Job summary

Arcgate is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant/Developer to design, customize, and implement enterprise D365 solutions for global clients. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams, delivering scalable CRM/CE, Power Platform, and Azure-based integrations.

The role requires 5+ years in D365, strong C#/NET, JavaScript, and Dataverse expertise, and hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and REST/SOAP APIs. Hybrid work in Udaipur is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web APIs.
• Experience developing plugins, workflows, customizations, and integrations within D365.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, and API Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, PCF controls, and integrations.
• Build and maintain Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and development tasks.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments.

Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Consultant / Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant/Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure-based integrations, with the ability to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise-grade business applications.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality D365 solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, AI integrations, or Azure OpenAI is a plus.
• Experience working with global clients and enterprise-scale implementations.
