Establish and institutionalize Dynamics 365 delivery best practices, governance frameworks, code review standards, DevOps processes, QA controls, documentation standards, and reusable accelerators. Manage executive stakeholders, SteerCo governance, risk mitigation, escalations, and business value realization across multiple accounts and programs. Build high-performing Dynamics teams through competency development, mentoring, certifications, architectural oversight, and optimal resource utilization. Drive the adoption of Microsoft Power Platform, AI/Copilot, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.

Mandatory Skills:
