Job summary

Quarks Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist (7+ years) to lead feature development, integrations, and vendor onboarding into the D365 ecosystem.

You will trace data flow from front-end UI to backend Dataverse tables, debug data anomalies, and build automations with Power Automate and Power Apps.

The role requires strong communication with external vendor teams, deep debugging skills, and experience with Azure DevOps deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Strong experience with Azure Synapse Link for Dataverse and D365 data structures.
• Ability to reverse engineer and debug data flows mapping UI fields to tables, entities and views.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful Web APIs / OData endpoints.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions), and SQL/FetchXML queries.
• Experience with solution deployment and version control using Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Feature Development & Customization: Build and enhance D365 features, custom logic, plugins, and workflows.
• System Integrations: Build and maintain integrations between D365 and external/legacy platforms using REST/OData Web APIs and Azure Integration Services.
• Vendor Onboarding: Collaborate with vendor tech teams to establish data-exchange channels, API connectivity, and secure access.
• Data Flow Tracing & Synapse: Trace data paths from UI fields to Dataverse tables and Azure Synapse Link; identify origins and transformations.
• Automation & Portals: Implement Power Automate flows and Power Apps/Power Pages to streamline vendor interactions and internal workflows.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Debug integration bottlenecks, analyze data mismatches, support QA, and manage deployments via Azure DevOps.

Job description

We are looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist (7+ years experience) to join our project team. The dedicated technical go-to person responsible for core feature development, system integrations, and technically onboarding existing vendors into our D365 ecosystem.

A key focus of this role is deep data traceability: understanding how data flows into the D365/Synapse database, mapping functional UI fields down to backend tables, and debugging data anomalies across the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development & Customization: Build and enhance D365 features, custom business logic, plugins, and workflows
• System Integrations: Build and maintain reliable integrations between D365 and external/legacy platforms using REST/OData Web APIs and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on technical development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Link for Dataverse / Synapse Analytics and working knowledge of D365 data structures.
• Proven ability in reverse engineering and debugging data flows (mapping front-end UI fields and business events to underlying tables, entities, and views).
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful Web APIs / OData endpoints.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions), and SQL / FetchXML queries.
• Practical understanding of solution deployment and version control using Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on vendor onboarding, partner portals, or supplier data exchange.
• Basic knowledge of Power Pages / Power Apps Portals.
• Microsoft certification: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) or equivalent D365 technical certification.
