Job summary

Quess IT Solutions is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 professional to lead customization, development, and integrations for multiple D365 modules. The role emphasizes hands-on X++ coding, Power Platform usage, and cloud-based architecture in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will mentor the D365 team, deliver enhancements, and ensure robust data management, security, and workflows across organizational systems. Pune-based role with on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, depending on the required module.
• Strong experience in D365 customization and development.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong Proficiency in X++ programming language.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
• Experience with SQL Server and database concepts.
• Good understanding of security roles, data management, workflows, and D365 environments.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
