Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in India seeks a Dynamics 365 F&O Support Consultant based in Bangalore to troubleshoot and optimize D365 F&O and Project Operations. The role requires strong X++ coding skills and hands-on configuration of Finance, Supply Chain, and HR modules.

You will handle incidents, perform system upgrades, and collaborate with developers on customizations, reports, and integrations, delivering reliable ERP support and improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Dynamics 365 F&O support role.
• Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or Project Operations.
• Strong ERP and business process knowledge.
• Familiar with D365 F&O and Project Operations features.
• Strong X++ coding skills and Visual Studio knowledge.
• Understanding of data migration and system integration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement D365 FO customizations using X++.
• Experience with full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics FO.
• Ability to make technical recommendations for installation, modifications, and custom development.
• Ability to analyze user issues and explain solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration & Maintenance - Assist in configuring and maintaining modules within D365 F&O and Project Operations (Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources).
• Perform regular system checks, updates, and optimizations to ensure peak performance.
• System Enhancements & Process Improvement - Assist in design, testing, and implementation of new features, functionalities, or integrations. Collaborate with developers and technical teams for system customizations or integrations.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum 4 years' proven experience in a support role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with at least one module: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or Project Operations.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes within Finance and Operations.
• Familiarity with D365 F&O and Project Operations features, functionality, and configuration.
• Strong X++ coding skills, OOPs concepts, and knowledge of Visual Studio (advantage).
• Understanding of system integration and data migration techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing D365 FO customizations using X++.
• Ability to create, design, and modify reports in Dynamics 365 FO.
• Experience with technical design, development, and testing of core D365 FO apps.
• Experience working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics FO.
• Ability to make technical recommendations for installation, modifications, and custom development.
• Ability to analyze user issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
