Job summary

Kaygen Consulting seeks a D365 F&O Technical Consultant to design and deliver complex Dynamics 365 F&O projects. You will lead architecture, deployments, and delivery while aligning with client expectations as the project Application Lead.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technical domain.
• Graduate or postgraduate in Computer Science Engineering specialization.
• Deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
• Familiarity with Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous.
• Proficient in X++, C#, Visual Studio, and version control systems.
• CI/CD methodologies with Azure DevOps; GitHub for repositories.
• Knowledge of D365FO concepts, Extensions, OData/Logic Apps, AI tools.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.

Roles & responsibilities

• Support incident management for the support team, ensuring robust troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ability to support and resolve incidents effectively for the support team
• This role is joint Application Management Service (support) team and project implementation

Educational qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Computer Science Engineering Specialization.

Work experience

• The candidate should have minimum 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technical domain

Mandatory technical & functional skills

• Deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
• Familiarity with Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous.
• Strong technical requirements gathering skills with demonstrable experience.
• Proficient in using tools like X++, C#, Visual Studio, and version control systems.
• Practical experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies, ideally using Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge on GitHub for the code repository
• Capable of operating independently and transitioning into a more scope-based development model.
• Knowledge of D365 FO concepts such as Extensions, COC, OData/Logic Apps integrations, and AI-powered tools.
• Understanding of D365FO and Power Platform's role within broader digital ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI services and tools such as Azure Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Results-oriented with a client-centric attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills and a passion for learning and development.
• Solid understanding of software engineering practices in enterprise environments with D365FO.
