Base pay range

Industry & Sector: Recruitment & Staffing supporting Technology Consulting and Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation services. We partner with enterprise clients across industries to deliver CRM, Power Platform and integrated sales/service automation solutions. This is an on‑site role based in India supporting large‑scale Dynamics 365 CRM projects.

Standardized Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and deliver end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 CE implementations (Sales / Customer Service) including configuration, customization and extensions.
• Develop server‑side and client‑side components: plugins, custom workflow activities, web resources and PCF controls using C#, .NET and JavaScript.
• Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 / Dataverse and external systems using REST APIs, OData and middleware; design secure data flows and error handling.
• Author and maintain solution architecture artifacts: entities, forms, views, business process flows, security model, solution layering and ALM packaging.
• Build Power Platform components—model‑driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows—and optimise for performance and scalability in production environments.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, implement fixes, and support CI/CD pipelines and release activities with Azure DevOps.
