Job summary

A recruitment and staffing firm is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to lead implementation projects. The consultant will work on technical designs, develop various components, and implement integrations for enterprise clients. This on-site role requires strong skills in Dynamics 365, C#, and JavaScript. Candidates will also benefit from mentorship and growth opportunities in a fast-paced Agile environment, with full involvement in production incidents and Azure DevOps processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript.
• Experience in Power Platform and plugin development.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implement Dynamics 365 CE projects.
• Develop server-side and client-side components.
• Implement integrations using REST APIs and OData.
• Create solution architecture artifacts: entities, forms, views, security model and ALM.
• Build Power Platform components and optimize for production performance.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and support CI/CD with Azure DevOps.

Industry & Sector: Recruitment & Staffing supporting Technology Consulting and Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation services. We partner with enterprise clients across industries to deliver CRM, Power Platform and integrated sales/service automation solutions. This is an on-site role based in India supporting large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM projects.

Standardized Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations (Sales / Customer Service) including configuration, customization and extensions.
• Develop server-side and client-side components: plugins, custom workflow activities, web resources and PCF controls using C#, .NET and JavaScript.
• Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 / Dataverse and external systems using REST APIs, OData and middleware; design secure data flows and error handling.
• Author and maintain solution architecture artifacts: entities, forms, views, business process flows, security model, solution layering and ALM packaging.
• Build Power Platform components—model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows—and optimise for performance and scalability in production environments.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, implement fixes, and support CI/CD pipelines and release activities with Azure DevOps.
