Job summary

One Mobility Group in Asia India, Pune Lonikand, seeks an Executive - Finance to join our global automotive and electronics footprint. You will manage financial processes across vendors and customers, audits, and statutory compliance in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role requires commerce qualifications (BCom/MBA Finance), SAP and MS Office proficiency, and strong analytical skills. You will support monthly closings, tax filings, balance sheet finalization, and liaison with banks

Qualifications

• Specialized knowledge in finance and accounting
• Experience in balance sheet finalization and statutory compliance
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Experience with SAP and MS Office tools
• Understanding of tax audits and regulatory filings
• Ability to coordinate with banks and statutory authorities
• Knowledge of payroll processing and treasury functions
• Experience with monthly closings and book closure processes
• Attention to detail and compliance orientation
• Team coordination and stakeholder liaison skills

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of vendors and customers; obtain balance confirmations.
• Handling internal and statutory audits.
• Handling Income Tax Audit, VAT Audit, Service Tax Audit.
• Assist in finalization of balance sheet.
• Assist in weekly updating of bank balances in TM5.
• Ensure timely filing of TDS, Income Tax, PF, GST returns.
• Manage timely preparation and presentation of statutory books and financial statements.
• Liaise with banks and government authorities.
• Assist in monthly closing of books of accounts.
• Process payroll entries in SAP and salaries payments.
• Handling export regularization.

Your tasks:

• Reconciliation of Vendors & customers. Obtaining balance confirmation from group company & external vendors.

• Handling Internal & Statutory Audit

• Handling Income Tax Audit , VAT Audit, Service Tax Audit

• Assist in Finalization of Balance Sheet

• Assisting in Weekly Updating of bank balances in TM5

• Ensuring timely filing of TDS, Income Tax, PF, GST returns

• Managing the timely preparation and presentation of statutory books of accounts, financial statement annual returns, ensuring compliance of accounting standards

• Liaising with bank and governments

• Assisting in monthly closing of books of accounts

• Timely payments of vendors & suppliers. Processing import payments

• Regularization of Bill of entries against import

• Checking and passing of payroll entries in SAP. Processing the salary payments

• Handling Export regularization
