Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in India seeks an experienced Quality Engineer to oversee in-process and final inspections of panels, dies, and fixtures, and to generate quality dashboards for senior management.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience and a BE/ME in Mechanical, with involvement in audits (Process, GNODA-C/GNOFA-C), MSA and SPC studies, and maintaining measuring instruments and safety in the department.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 yrs experience in quality/manufacturing environment.
• BE / ME Mechanical degree required.

Responsibilities

• In process & Final inspection of Panels, Dies & Fixtures.
• Generating Quality indicator dashboard for Senior Management reviews highlighting key quality risks.
• Carry out Process Audits & GNODA-C / GNOFA-C Audits.
• Carry MSA & SPC studies.
• Maintain Measuring Instruments, Accessories & Material handling equipment in good working condition.
• Maintain safe working conditions & good housekeeping in the department.
• Understand customer needs and latent desires and ensure deployment in products.
