Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Gujarat is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to coordinate quality activities across the tooling and production processes. The role involves in-process and final inspection of panels, dies, and fixtures, plus generating dashboards for senior management and conducting various audits.

The ideal candidate holds BE/ME in Mechanical engineering, with 8–10 years of relevant experience in quality, and a commitment to maintaining safe working conditions and good

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in quality.

Responsibilities

• To coordinate the Quality activities.
• Understand Customer needs and latent Desires and ensure Deployment in Products
• Benchmark Quality Parameters and Improve Product Quality of Tools and Dies.
• Working closely with various stakeholders (Internal & External)
• In process & Final inspection of the Panels, Dies & Fixtures.
• Generating Quality indicator dashboard for Senior Management reviews highlighting key quality risks.
• To carryout Different Audits like Process Audit & GNODA-C / GNOFA-C Audit.
• To carry MSA & SPC study.
• To maintain the Measuring Instruments, Accessories, Material handling equipment in good working condition.
• To maintain the safe working condition & good house keeping in the Department
