Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on administration for Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 10/11, and Autopilot.
• Manage Entra ID/Azure AD, M365 Admin, Group Policy, and BitLocker.
• Oversee OS deployment, imaging, patch management, packaging, and distribution.
• Ensure endpoint security/compliance (Tenable) and device lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot across desktop, mobility, and workplace tech; document activities.
