Job summary

Infosys in Pune is seeking an experienced Endpoint Administrator to manage and support enterprise endpoint infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, and virtual workstations. You will administer Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and implement OS deployments and patch management.

The role requires hands-on experience with AD/Azure AD, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft Defender security controls, along with collaboration across security, infrastructure, and service desk teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing enterprise endpoint infrastructure (desktops, laptops, and virtual workstations).
• Experience with Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot and endpoint management solutions.
• Experience in OS deployment, patch management, and software packaging.
• Knowledge of security controls with Microsoft Defender and best practices.
• Experience in Group Policy, AD, Azure AD, and endpoint configurations.

• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Monitor endpoint health, performance, and compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams for issue resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
