Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Workplace Services solutions including EUC, collaboration, mobility, and digital workplace services.
• Lead workplace transformation and modernization programs.
• Design and govern M365, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 11, and Modern Workplace solutions.
• Define workplace architecture standards, operating models, and service governance.
• Drive automation, self-service, and AI-driven workplace support initiatives.
• Collaborate with security, network, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
• Lead solution design workshops and client discussions.
• Prepare high-level/low-level designs, roadmaps, and technical proposals.
• Support presales, RFP/RFI responses, and governance of technical delivery.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workplace Services (WPS) Solution Architect to lead the design and transformation of end-user computing, digital workplace, collaboration, mobility, and workplace infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise workplace modernization initiatives, define technology roadmaps, and architect secure, scalable, and user-centric workplace services for large global organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Workplace Services solutions covering End User Computing (EUC), collaboration, mobility, and digital workplace services.
• Lead workplace transformation and modernization programs.
• Design and govern Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 11, and Modern Workplace solutions.
• Define workplace architecture standards, operating models, and service frameworks.
• Drive adoption of automation, self-service, and AI-driven workplace support solutions.
• Collaborate with security, network, cloud, and infrastructure teams for integrated solutions.
• Lead solution design workshops, assessments, and client discussions.
• Prepare HLDs, LLDs, roadmap documents, and technical proposals.
• Support presales, RFP/RFI responses, solution estimation, and technical governance.
• Ensure workplace services align with security, compliance, and business requirements.
