Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. seeks an experienced Azure, Intune, and Windows Platform Engineer to design, implement, and modernize enterprise endpoint and cloud management solutions.

The role focuses on secure, scalable, automated workplace technologies leveraging Microsoft Azure, Intune, Windows, and modern endpoint management capabilities. You will lead platform innovation, service transformation, and technical roadmap execution, not day-to-day ops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Computer/IT Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft endpoint and cloud technologies.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Defender Security Stack, Conditional Access, PowerShell Automation, and Device Compliance.
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust and Modern Workplace architectures.
• Experience leading technical solution design and large-scale deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise endpoint management with Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Develop endpoint configuration, compliance, security, and governance frameworks.
• Architect and deploy Azure-based solutions for modern workplace initiatives.
• Lead Windows 11 adoption, endpoint modernization, and cloud-first management.
• Design identity, access management and Zero Trust using Entra ID.
• Create scalable device provisioning, app deployment, and lifecycle processes.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and Logic Apps.
• Partner with security, infra, architecture to define standards and best practices.
• Evaluate new Microsoft tech and drive improvements in UX, security, ops.
• Lead endpoint strategy reviews and roadmap initiatives.
• Produce designs, implementation plans, and engineering docs.
• Lead workstreams for migrations, transformations, and new deployments.

The role focuses on engineering secure, scalable, and automated workplace technologies leveraging Microsoft Azure, Intune, Windows, and modern endpoint management capabilities. The ideal candidate will drive platform innovation, service transformation, and technical roadmap execution rather than day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Develop and maintain endpoint configuration, compliance, security, and governance frameworks.
• Architect and deploy Azure-based solutions supporting modern workplace initiatives.
• Lead Windows 11 adoption, endpoint modernization, and cloud-first management strategies.
• Design and implement identity, access management, and Zero Trust security solutions using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Create scalable device provisioning, application deployment, and lifecycle management processes.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and related technologies.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, architecture, and engineering teams to define endpoint standards and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend enhancements to improve user experience, security, and operational efficiency.
• Drive endpoint architecture reviews, technical standards, and strategic roadmap initiatives.
• Produce technical designs, implementation plans, and engineering documentation.
• Lead technical workstreams for migrations, transformations, and new technology deployments.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Electronics/Computer/IT Engineering or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft endpoint and cloud technologies.
