Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking Plant Manager candidates to oversee RO, DM, and ZLD operations at our water treatment facilities. You will monitor daily plant performance, manage maintenance and chemical usage, and ensure adherence to quality and contract requirements.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in chemical engineering with refinery exposure and hands-on experience with RO, pretreatment, and ETP systems. Strong leadership to train site teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering with 8–10 years of experience; refinery experience preferred.
• Field experience in industrial water treatment plants, RO, DM, ETP with ZLD (MEE).
• Chemical Engineering degree or Chemical Diploma with relevant field experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operation of RO, DM, and ZLD water treatment plants to meet contract quality and quantity.
• Oversee maintenance, chemical usage, optimization, testing, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance and safety teams; ensure EHS and quality standards are followed; train site staff.
• Prepare and submit daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual operation reports.

• Degree/Diploma in Chemical with 3 – 5 years of Experience

Responsibilities

• Monitors The Daily Operation Of Industrial Water Treatment Plant – RO And DM And Ensure The Production As Per The Contractual Quality & Quantity.
• Knowledge In Treatment Plant Operations, Maintenances, Chemical Utilization & Optimization, Quality Testing, Plant Performance Analysis, Troubleshooting Preparation & Submission Of Monthly, Quarterly, And Annual Reports.
• Work Along With Maintenance Team For Trouble Free Operations Adhere Company Policy & EHS -safety Standards And Quality Standards, Keeping All Assets And Work Areas Clean And Ability To Provide Training To Site Operations Team Supervisor (DM Plant & ZLD) – (2 Posts) Qualification (2 Posts) Qualification
