• Structure and discuss deal contours; preliminary assessment including financial analysis, due diligence, viability; negotiate terms and secure approvals.
• Achieve the TAT benchmarks for in-principal approval and finalisation of term sheets for detailed appraisal.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activity; identify opportunities.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate, developers, financial institutions, banks, intermediaries and business associates.
• Build a high-performing team to achieve sanctions and disbursements.

Role & responsibilities

• Drive business development by Identifying and acquiring new corporate clients to expand wholesale lending portfolio of the company in accordance with Internal Policies, Risk Appetite & Regulatory guidelines.

• Diversify the source of business generation across identified focus sectors including hospitality, infrastructure, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, real estate, NBFC and other related sectors. The candidate should have the ability to do macros-economic analysis and understand sectoral drivers.

• Must have to ability to structure & discuss the deal contours, conduct preliminary assessment of proposals including financial analysis, due diligence, viability assessment, negotiate commercial terms, preparation of approval note and facilitate timely deal closure.

Achieve the prescribed TAT benchmarks for in-principal approval, finalisation of term sheet for undertaking detailed appraisal.

• Monitor market developments & competitor activities and identify emerging opportunities.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate, developers, financial institutions, banks, intermediaries and business associates.

• Building a high performing team to achieve the targeted sanctions & disbursements.
