Responsibilities

• Implement and strengthen the ERM framework; identify, assess, monitor and report enterprise risks in line with appetite.
• Conduct independent risk review of lending proposals; assess borrower, sector, collateral and transaction risks; recommend mitigants.
• Monitor portfolio risks, ALM, liquidity and interest rate risk; prepare risk dashboards and ALCO reports; ensure compliance with limits and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with RBI directions, regulatory reporting and risk governance standards; coordinate RBI inspections and audits and close observations.
• Formulate and review risk management policies, frameworks, limits and SOPs; provide risk advisory to Business, Credit, Treasury and Management.

Role & responsibilities

• Implement and strengthen the ERM framework; identify, assess, monitor and report key enterprise risks; ensure alignment with the Companys risk appetite and strategic objectives.

• Conduct independent risk review of lending proposals; assess borrower, sector, collateral and transaction risks; recommend appropriate risk mitigants and ensure adherence to the Credit Policy and Risk Appetite Framework.

• Monitor portfolio risks, ALM, liquidity position and interest rate risk; prepare periodic risk dashboards and ALCO reports; ensure compliance with internal limits and regulatory requirements.
