• Ensure On Time Performance and recovery from irregular operations.

• Lead, train, and monitor team performance for efficiency.
• Coordinate with flight dispatch, engineering, and other departments.
• Liaise with software representatives for modification requirements.
• Conduct daily/weekly OTP trend analysis and prepare reports.
• Monitor preparation of routing and delay plans for flights.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring On Time Performance and recovery from irregular operations
• Build a motivational communication that energizes the best strategies and leads to the final goal
• Providing directions, support and guideline to a team and monitoring their performance to ensure efficient resolution of complaint through correspondence and coordination
• Leading, training and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations
• Working in coordination with flight dispatch, engineering, commercial, corporate communication, revenue, network planning department, etc
• Liaising with software representative for any modification requirements
• Conducting daily/weekly analysis of OTP trend analysis and preparing performance reports
• Monitoring the preparation of routing and delay plans of flights in case of NOTAMS/WATCH HOURS in coordination with crew rostering and flight dispatch
