Job summary

The candidate will apply knowledge of engineering drawings, testing standards, and MS Office tools to support continuous quality improvements and supplier

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, issue resolution, product development and customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of vehicle components and failure analysis.
• Basic knowledge of car manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and drive cross-functional teams to issue conclusions.
• Experience in analysing field issues and managing the complete resolution cycle.

• Analyse, interpret and resolve field issues across the product lifecycle.

Experience in Product Quality Control, Issue resolution, Product development, Quality Assurance, Customer Satisfaction & Supplier Process.

• Strong technical knowledge in Vehicle components (ICE & HYBRID) failures analysis.
