Job summary

Segula Technologies India is seeking an Operational Quality Engineer in Chennai with at least 5 years of senior experience in quality control for automotive components. The role focuses on issue resolution, QA, and supporting product development to ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will analyze field issues, interpret engineering drawings, and drive cross-functional teams toward timely issue closure, with basic MS Office proficiency and a solid understanding of manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of senior level experience in quality engineering.
• Experience with vehicle components and failures analysis.

Strong in Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of Car manufacturing process.

Basic knowledge & working experience in MS office applications.

Good in Stakeholder management, Strong negotiation skills & drive CFT towards issue conclusion.

Able to analyse, interpret field issues and manage the complete cycle of issue resolution process.
