Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of domestic community tours and group departures.
• Plan and coordinate fixed departure tours, weekend getaways, and adventure trips.
• Handle hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, and local activities.
• Coordinate with trip captains, tour leaders, hotels, and local vendors.
• Manage group logistics, room allocations, and traveller requirements.
• Prepare itineraries, booking vouchers, and operational checklists.
• Handle last-minute changes, on-trip emergencies, and customer concerns.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and on-ground teams.
• Negotiate vendor rates and maintain supplier relationships.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Domestic Tour Operations Executive with experience in Community Tours, Fixed Departure Group Tours, and Domestic Group Travel Operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in coordinating group departures, managing vendors, handling travellers, and ensuring smooth execution of community‑based travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of domestic community tours and group departures.
• Plan and coordinate fixed departure tours, weekend getaways, and adventure trips.
• Handle hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, and local activities.
• Coordinate with trip captains, tour leaders, hotels, and local vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in domestic travel operations, preferably in community tours.
• Experience handling fixed departures, group tours, backpacking trips, or adventure travel.
• Good knowledge of domestic destinations such as Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Kashmir, Ladakh, and other popular travel circuits.
• Strong vendor coordination and group management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple departures simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic travel documentation.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with previous experience in community travel companies, backpacking tour operators, or fixed departure travel brands.
• Experience coordinating trip captains and managing on‑ground group operations.
