Job summary

Pack N Go Holidays Pvt Ltd, a leading travel management company based in Dwarka, Delhi, invites Senior and Junior Tour Executives to join our domestic and outbound tour sales teams. You will engage with customers via phone and in person, design quotations, and tailor itineraries to meet client preferences.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in travel sales, experience selling domestic and outbound packages, hotel bookings, and tour costing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales.
• Experience in selling domestic/outbound holiday packages, hotel bookings, itinerary making, tour costing.
• Experience in selling FDs, FITs & Group Tours.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers' travel queries over the phone and personally.
• Design quotations for customers.
• Converse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, and accommodations required.
• Responsible for customer handling and servicing.
• Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary/tour packages.
• Domestic Tour: fluent with destinations like Kerala, Srinagar, Himachal, Uttaranchal, Goa, North-east
• Outbound Tour: fluent with destinations like Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Thailand

Job Profile

• Candidate will handle the customers travel queries over the phone & personally.
• Would be responsible for designing Quotation for Customers.
• Converse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, and accommodations required.
• Would be responsible for customer handling and servicing.
• Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerarytourpackages
