McKinsol Consulting is seeking an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter for the Indian market. You will manage end-to-end technical recruitment across IT domains, sourcing candidates through Naukri and other portals, conducting screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding with HR and clients.

The role requires 2+ years in domestic IT recruitment, strong IT domain knowledge (Java, .NET, DevOps, QA, Cloud), and excellent communication and negotiation skills to close roles efficiently.

• At least 2 years in domestic IT recruitment.
• Understanding of IT roles such as Java, .NET, DevOps, QA, data engineering and cloud.
• Experience using Indian job portals (Naukri) for sourcing.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS and Excel reporting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Domestic IT Recruiter with over 4 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment for the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent sourcing skills, and a proven track record of closing positions across various technical roles and levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles across various domains (Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data Science, etc.) for domestic clients.
• Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Source candidates using a variety of methods including job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening, assess candidate fitment, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare weekly reports.
• Negotiate salary and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with HR and the client.
• Keep up to date with market trends and competitor hiring activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment.
• Deep understanding of IT roles and skills (Java, .NET, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, Cloud, etc.).
• Strong experience working with Indian job portals (especially Naukri).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and Excel reporting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
