Tekskills Inc. is seeking a skilled IT recruitment professional to manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions. You will source candidates via job portals, referrals, and LinkedIn, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.

You will coordinate interviews with clients and candidates, follow up through offer release and onboarding, and maintain accurate candidate and client data. 2–6 years of IT recruitment experience is expected.

Formación

• 2 to 6 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and roles.
• Experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
