Job summary

Quadrant Technologies in Noida is seeking a proactive Domestic IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment for the Indian market.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers to build a strong pipeline of IT professionals and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Strong communication and ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment cycle for IT positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate's technical skills, experience, and suitability.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and professional communication at all stages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
