The role bridges daily quality assurance with developmental support-assisting R&D scientists with trial execution, reagent formulation, and stability testing while strictly adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ISO/NABL quality protocols.
Role Objective / Responsibility AreaKey Deliverables & Work DescriptionKey Performance Indicator (KPI)Target Metric / BenchmarkQuality Control & Testing Execution - Conduct sampling, chemical/biochemical testing, reagent prep, and assay analysis on raw materials & finished products. Perform routine pH, spectrophotometric, and diagnostic lot verification. Turnaround Time (TAT) for sample testing. Testing Error Rate (re-tests due to technician error) 95% samples tested within SLA.
