Job summary

DMart is seeking an HR Recruiter in Tamil Nadu to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, from sourcing to onboarding. You will coordinate with functional heads and Circle HR to understand hiring needs and ensure timely interview scheduling and feedback.

Responsibilities include overseeing pre-employment checks, documentation, and maintaining trackers. The role requires experience in volume hiring, strong communication, and proficiency with job portals and Excel reporting.
