Job summary

DMart is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager – Quality Food Safety to lead its food safety programs and audits across locations in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. The role requires strong FSMS expertise and hands-on experience with FSSAI guidelines to ensure top quality and compliance.

The candidate should possess a B.Sc in Food Technology with 10–17 years of experience, and be able to train staff, manage audits, and drive continual improvement in HACCP and related standards.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Food Technology degree is mandatory.
• 10-17 years of experience in food safety and quality.
• Hands-on experience with FSMS and audits.
• Knowledge of FSSAI regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement food safety programs in line with FSMS and regulations.
