Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain safety awareness among Junior Engineers and Associates.
• Support Engineers in closing safety issues and SOT Observations.
• Identify training needs; review Skill matrix regularly; monitor and achieve TNI plans vs. actual.
• Review JES, SOS, SOP, KYT, STS, TIS, PPSR documents.
• Review tool, equipment or facility requirements; coordinate calibration activities monthly.
• Conduct layered audits as per schedule; close open points and drive improvement based on LA feedback.
• Drive resolution of TCF and CARE Line Quality issues.

Responsibility

• Create and maintain safety awareness in Junior Engineers & Associates.
• Support Engineers in closure of safety issues and SOT Observations.
• Identify training needs, Review Skill matrix on timely Basis. Monitoring and Achieving Plan Vs. Actual TNI.
• Review JES, SOS, SOP, KYT, STS, TIS, PPSR.
• Review tool, equipment or facility requirement and calibration and follow up for the same on monthly basis.
• Conduct layered audits as per schedule and ensure closer of open points and improvement based on LA. Check LA done by Engineers and guide for improvements.
• Drive to resolve TCF & CARE Line Quality issues

Educational Qualification, experience, Technical skills -

• BE/B.Tech with 3-7 years of experience
• Sound knowledge of cars, assembly process & TCF line inspection processes
• Excellent speaking and writing ability
• English reading and writing ability and verbal communication skills
• Should have Four-wheel RTO Driving License
