Job summary

Maruti Suzuki India Limited in Hansalpur is seeking a Maintenance Area Incharge for the Press shop to ensure smooth operations and lead the daily maintenance log. You will be responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance, breakdown resolution, and safety in the area.

The role requires expertise in SAP PM work orders, spare parts management, and MTTR/MTBF data monitoring, with willingness to work Sundays/holidays as production demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in press maintenance operations and shift management.

• SAP PM work orders closure knowledge.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Maintenance area Incharge for smooth operation in Press shop.
• Leading Shift daily Maintenance log.
• Preventive and predictive Maintenance Operations.
• Shift breakdown and root cause analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1. Manage press Maintenance shift.
• 2. Preventive and predictive maintenance.
• 3. MTTR & MTBF data monitoring.
• 4. Store Management
• 5. SAP PM work order closure.
• 6. Spare Part Management based on reorder level.
• 7. Work on Sunday/Holiday to ensure availability of line in production hrs.
• 8. OPS/OPL preparation based on Part replacement for training.

• Experience in Mitsubishi Q series /IQR PLC logic understanding,

Logic program Editing, backup upload and trouble shooting.

Knowledge of Electrical schematic diagrams.

• Management of required spares procurement, Planned

Replacement planning and execution as per manufactures Criteria.

• Experience in Fanuc CNC controller-based SPM machines.
• Experience in Pneumatic circuits understanding, parts

replacement, trouble Shooting.

• Hands on Experience in Hydraulic circuits understanding, parts

replacement, trouble Shooting.

• Knowledge in Preventive, corrective and breakdown

maintenance planning and execution.

• Ensure the safe working environment in their respective areas.
