Job summary

Mahindra Finance is seeking an experienced Collections & Recovery leader to drive end-to-end recovery efforts across the division. You will manage high-bucket delinquency, supervise Area Collection Managers, and coordinate with Legal, Operations, Credit, and Sales to resolve delinquent accounts.

The role requires 8–15 years in NBFCs/banks, with a track record in vehicle loan recoveries and a deep understanding of RBI policies. Age under 40 is preferred; MBA is desirable.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in Collections & Recovery within NBFCs, Banks, or Vehicle Finance companies.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience handling high-bucket delinquency (90+ DPD, NPA, Write-Off Portfolio).
• Experience in Vehicle Loans, Auto Loans, Commercial Vehicle Loans preferred.
• Proven track record of handling large recovery portfolios and multiple locations.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• Age must be less than 40 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage repossession, settlement, auction, and legal recovery processes wherever applicable.
