Job summary

Jobitus is seeking a Post- Divisional Manager for the Decorative Paints department in Odisha. The role centers on driving sales across primary/channel channels, leading a team, and strengthening dealer relationships. Travel within the assigned territory is expected to support market expansion.

The candidate will be responsible for strategy development, performance reporting, and identifying new growth opportunities to meet revenue targets. Immediate joining within 60-90 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in decorative paints primary or channel sales.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and meet targets.
• Strong dealer/distributor relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of products, features, and competitive advantages.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Job description of Area Sales Manager

1. Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing a sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Team Management: Leading and managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and meeting their individual targets.
3. Dealer/ Distributor Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers.
4. Product Knowledge: Having in-depth knowledge of decorative paints, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate with customers.
5. Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to higher management.
6. Travel: Traveling within the assigned area to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and visit distributors.
7. Market Expansion: Identifying new market segments and opportunities for business expansion.
