Job summary

Ruchita Hiraji Thakur Mumbai is seeking a Leader to head India oncology sales and marketing as Business Head. The role carries full P&L ownership, responsibility for revenue growth, and a strategic plan to expand high-impact cancer therapies nationwide.

You will drive key account strategy, hospital and KOL engagement, and build a high-performing, cross-functional team. The incumbent will manage the current 100 Cr business and scale it further while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Oncology P&L management experience.
• Strong commercial strategy experience in oncology.
• Hospital and KOL engagement experience.
• Proven team leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Cross-functional execution across commercial, medical and regulatory teams.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance in pharma/biotech.
