Job summary

Adani Group is seeking a sales-oriented professional to plan and monitor district level sales, ensuring adherence to credit policy, promoting the thrust brand, and maximizing sales and collections.

The role includes developing a retail network, interacting with end customers, and coordinating with dealers, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to achieve EBITDA targets.

Qualifications

• MBA required; total work experience 3–10 years; seniority desirable.
• Experience in MNC/Indian large-scale organizations preferred; sectors include Metal/Mining/Infra/Telecom/Port/Banking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor district level sales; adhere to credit policy and promote thrust brand.
• Promote brand, maximise sales and collection; oversee warehouse operations and dealer network.
• Achieve targeted volumes and EBITDA; conduct market insights and new demand generation.
• Develop dealer appointments; fix and review dealer credit limits with senior heads.
• Regular market visits; report to Branch Office/RMO; cost control and TDC optimization.

Purpose/Objective

• Purpose of Position 1.


• This position is responsible for planning & monitoring district level sales, adhere to credit policy of company, promotion of thrust brand, maximise sales & collection.


• 2.


• Ensuring effective servicing of customer’s needs, monitoring dealers retail and wholesale price, overseeing Warehouse operations, developing retail network, interaction with end customers and influence groups and undertaking sales promotion activities.
