Job summary

Rocket Learning is seeking a District Coordinator to manage operations in the assigned district. You will learn about Rocket Learning’s programs, work with district officials to implement initiatives, train Anganwadi teachers, and collect data.

Key responsibilities include conducting trainings, building relationships with stakeholders, and delivering monthly progress reports while supporting new initiatives in the district. Strong communication and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Strong communication with government stakeholders and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel within the district for 50% of time.
• Must reside in the districts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical and digital training sessions for Anganwadi teachers on early childhood education.
• Build trust with block and district-level stakeholders.
• Create monthly progress reports and present to district stakeholders.
• Support the launch of Rocket Learning initiatives in the district.
• Assist with data collection and data entry as needed.
• Undertake other responsibilities as requested by Program Managers.

Job description

As a District Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing operations in an assigned district. This role includes, but is not limited to, learning about Rocket Learning’s product and program, understanding early childhood education, working closely with district-level government officials to implement initiatives, training Anganwadi teachers, collecting data, and more.

Candidate Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field. Previous experience in providing/administering training is preferred.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing formal Telugu and English.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Forms
• Effective communication skills with government stakeholders and internal teams
• Willingness to travel within the district for a minimum of 50% of the total working time
• Must reside in the districts
