Job summary

Rocket Learning is a growing ed-tech non-profit focused on catalysing early childhood education and community engagement across several districts in India. The role requires fluency in Odia and willingness to travel within the district to support program delivery.

Locals are preferred for Angul, Cuttack, Deogarh, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Keonjhar, Nayagarh and Puri; strong MS Office skills and a proactive, mission-driven attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the development sector.
• Candidates who have worked in the education sector will be preferred.
• Tech comfort and willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Willingness to travel to different locations across the district minimum 70 percent of total working time.
• Ability to conduct training for Anganwadi workers.
• Other responsibilities as requested by the Program Managers.
• Ability to liaison with stakeholders on a regular basis and create a long-term lasting relationship
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Mission-driven, optimistic, and enthusiastic, with a belief in achieving transformational change.
