Job summary

Cosmos Group is looking for an experienced District Coordinator to join our team in Dahod. The role requires fluency in Gujarati, solid communication skills, and a willingness to travel extensively.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the development or NGO sector, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.

This is a contract position of 12 months, with a fixed CTC of INR 4,08,000 subject to lawful deductions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional full-time work experience, preferably in the development/NGO/education sector.
• Fluency in Gujarati (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively across diverse and remote KGBV locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assigned KGBV visits to monitor implementation quality and support.
• Collect and analyze program data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Build relationships with stakeholders including wardens and district officials.
