EliteHire Placement Solutions is hiring a Dispatch Manager for telecom/ISP operations in India. The role involves planning and coordinating the delivery of heavy tower components from plants to project sites, with emphasis on route optimization, fleet and driver oversight, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 10–20 years of dispatch/logistics experience, a Graduate degree, and will work from office in Jaipur. Face-to-face interviews are required; location is India.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the safe delivery of oversized or heavy tower construction materials to project sites.
• Design efficient transport routes for heavy commercial vehicles considering terrain, weather and road restrictions.
• Monitor driver performance, scheduling, and GPS tracking to ensure timely dispatches.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse teams and site project managers to align deliveries with construction schedules.
• Verify packing lists and manage dispatch documentation and transit permits.
