Job summary

Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, is seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee end-to-end dispatch operations for solar product manufacturing, including EVA encapsulants and backsheets.

You'll lead dispatch planning, coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Sales, and Logistics, and ensure timely delivery to customers. We require a graduate with strong knowledge of dispatch documentation, transportation management, and ERP systems, with proven team leadership

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, or operations will be an advantage.
• 810 years of experience in dispatch and logistics operations, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in solar products, EVA films, backsheets, plastics, polymer films, flexible packaging, or similar industries will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch documentation, transportation management, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong team management, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules as per customer orders and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Manage the dispatch of EVA sheets, backsheets, rolls, and other solar manufacturing products.
• Ensure proper packaging, labelling, handling, and loading of materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, LR/GR, and other transport-related documents.
• Coordinate with transporters, arrange vehicles, negotiate freight rates, and optimize transportation costs.
• Maintain accurate records of finished goods, dispatch quantities, stock movement, and delivery status.
• Monitor vehicle placement, loading activities, shipment tracking, and proof of delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and dispatch documentation requirements.
• Resolve dispatch delays, shortages, damages, and customer delivery-related issues.
• Prepare daily dispatch reports, MIS, pending orders reports, and transporter performance reports.
• Lead and supervise the dispatch team, ensuring productivity and operational discipline.
