COWBERRY Organics is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, inventory movement, and warehouse coordination. The role requires experience in a D2C brand, strong ERP skills, and thorough knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes.

The ideal candidate will handle daily dispatches across marketplaces, ensure accurate processing, maintain ERP inventory records, and coordinate with procurement and production for timely replenishment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 13 years of experience in dispatch/warehouse roles.
• Experience in D2C or e-commerce environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel for inventory reporting and dispatch tracking.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily order dispatches across D2C marketplaces and courier partners.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain ERP-based inventory records and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Production for replenishment.
• Conduct stock counts and ensure FIFO adherence.
• Generate dispatch-related documents and reports through ERP.
• Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety.

Job Summary:

COWBERRY Organics is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, inventory movement, and warehouse coordination. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand, be proficient in ERP systems, and possess strong knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily order dispatches across D2C marketplaces and courier partners.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory records in the ERP system and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Procurement and Production teams for replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure strict adherence to the FIFO inventory management system.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged stock.
• Generate dispatch-related reports, invoices, e-way bills, and other documentation through the ERP.
• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper storage practices.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and warehouse safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 13 years of experience as a Dispatch Executive, Warehouse Executive, or Inventory Executive, preferably in a D2C or E-commerce company.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and dispatch operation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling dispatch for platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or other D2C channels.
• Familiarity with barcode scanning and warehouse inventory systems.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Sales, and Logistics teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
