Job summary

Sid’s Farm in India is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage daily inventory reconciliation, stock records, and dispatch processes at the plant.

You will coordinate with production and logistics, maintain cold chain compliance, and ensure timely stock movement to the distribution center. The role requires handling night shifts and working in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level or diploma with relevant experience welcome.
• 0–3 years in warehouse, dispatch, or inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of inventory tracking and documentation.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a plant/warehouse environment.
• Must be comfortable working in night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate stock records.
• Monitor production status, including completed and ongoing batches.
• Track dispatched and ready-to-dispatch goods.
• Prepare and maintain vehicle dispatch slips and related documentation.
• Ensure timely updates of inventory sheets and reports.
• Monitor and maintain cold chain compliance for products.
• Coordinate vehicle loading for e-commerce and city dispatches.
• Ensure timely stock availability and alignment for dispatch.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth stock movement to the distribution center.
• Handle reconciliation of crates and ice boxes (inward and outward).
• Support other supply chain and dispatch-related activities as required.

Role Summary

Position: Dispatch Executive

Experience: 6 months - 2 years

Location: Tumkur, Karnataka

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage dispatch operations and inventory coordination at the plant. The role involves ensuring accurate stock tracking, smooth dispatch processes, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate stock records


• Monitor production status, including completed and ongoing batches


• Track dispatched and ready-to-dispatch goods
