Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers.
• Prepare dispatch documents, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and packing lists.
• Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and logistics teams for dispatch planning.
• Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely material movement.
• Verify material quantity, part numbers, packaging, and customer requirements before dispatch.
• Maintain dispatch registers, delivery records, and vehicle details.
• Track shipments and follow up on delivery status with transporters and customers.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading of materials as per customer requirements.
• Update dispatch data in Excel and ERP systems.
• Handle dispatch-related queries, discrepancies, and documentation
